Jeanine Martínez

I´m 29 years old. Born somewhere in the Dominican Republic, and graduated in Civil Engineering and Specialized in Environmental and sustainable development, currently running the Mobilization and Development Department of Habitat for Humanity Dominican Republic. I love communicating and speak Spanish, English some French and a little bit of Japanese…for the love of  sushi!!!.

I believe in Jesus, as the true source of life, the way and the truth, he puts a song in my heart and a smile on my face. I love to dancing (everybody dance now!!) singing, traveling, watching good thrillers, sharing with my friends, scrap booking and of course…Volunteering!!!!

I’m 23 years old, born and raised in Santo Domingo, bachelor´s degree in Psychology, I love to travel, eat, watch movies, write and basically everything that involves music and art.

Nothing like a good song in the radio, dancing in the rain, a good cheesy movie (if there is), a hug when your soul is drowning and forgiveness when you think you’ve lost it all.

I have a twin brother that’s an engineer and it’s the exact opposite of me :). My dad is an origamist, journalist and has the coolest/funniest messages on his answer machine, my mom a writer and a consultant. I enjoy deeply working with HFH, mostly because of the strong vision of helping people with people, and being able to be a bridge for that, its just priceless.
