Introduction
The Dominican Republic known for the dance of the sunrise, known by its music and baseball players, this same land has many people in great need. Our people need safe, decent and simple shelter, where kids can grow emotionally and physically, where families can escape the deep fear that a hurricane means a disastrous loss of life, property, and inheritance.
Cement… bricks… shovels… water… sand… gravel… this Caribbean island is waiting for your hands to make from all these the foundation, walls, floor, roof, and more of the Dominican’s most cherished possession: a house.
